With 20 years of clinical expertise and over 14 years in academia, Dr. Varnado has dedicated her career to advancing professional development, mentorship, and equity-driven practices in both clinical and academic settings. She has mentored Deans, Program Directors, Department Chairs, and Faculty nationwide, fostering leadership and innovation in healthcare education.
